We use automated screen printing to bring your custom apparel designs to life with precision, consistency, and speed. Whether your're ordering 24 shirts or 2,400, our automated presses are built to handle high volume orders while maintaining the exceptional quality we're known for.
Your artwork is seperated into individual colors and converted into film positives. Each color will be printed with its own screen.
Using light-sensitive emulsion, your design is burned into mesh screens; one for each color.
Completed screens are loaded into the press. Ink colors are matched, and test prints are done to fine tune the registration, alignment, and ink coverage.
Garments are placed onto rotating platens, and the automated arms apply ink with consistent pressure and speed, ensuring high-quality results every time.
After printing, each garment runs through a high-temp conveyor dryer to cure the ink. This step esures long lasting prints that won't crack or fade with proper care.
Every piece is inspected for quality before being folded, packed, and prepared for delivery or pickup.
Embroidery is a premium decoration method that adds texture, durability, and a professional look. From polos and jackets to hats and bags, our embroidery process is designed to make your brand stand out.
We convert your logo or artwork into a stitch file, that creates a digital guide that tells our embroidery machines what to sew for each part of the design.
We match the colors with a wide variety of threads and select the right stabilizer, to keep your fabric smooth during stitching.
The garment is carefully hooped and secured, ensuring that the design will stitch clean and accurate.
Our commercial machines use multiple needkes to stitch your design; often thousands of stitches per design, with speed and precision.
Once done, we trim any excess threads, remove backing (as needed), and give your item a clean, professional finish.
Every piece is inspected to ensure proper placement, clean stitching, and accurate colors before it leaves our shop.
DTF (Direct to Film) printing is one of the newest and most versatile methods in custom apparel decoration. We use DTF to bring vibrant, full-color designs to life on a wide variety of garments; from t-shirts and hoodies to specialty fabrics. [Heat it. Peel it. Wear it.]
Your artwork is prepped digitally, ensuring high resolution and color accuracy. This includes cleaning up the design, adjusting dimensions, and setting up for printing.
The deisgn is printed onto a clear PET film using a specialized DTF printer. We use vibrant water based pigment inks; this allows the design to pop on any color garment.
A layer of finely milled adhesive powder is applied to the printed design while the ink is still wet. This powder acts as a bonding agent during ink transfer to garment.
The film is then cured under heat to melt and activate the adhesive, creating a ready-to-transfer design that is flexible and durable.
The cured film is placed into the garment, then pressed using a commercial heat press. The heat activates the adhesive, bonding the design to the fabric.
After pressed, the film is peeled away, leaving behind a vibrant, soft, and permanent print. The garment may recieve a final press to set the design further.
Dye Sublimation is a digital printing process that uses heat to transfer dye directly to the fabric. Rather than printing on top of the garment, the sublimation process embeds the design into the fibers, resulting in a long-lasting, lightweight print that won't crack, peel, or fade. This Dye Sublimation process is ideal for white polyster items.
Your design is prepared digitally, ensuring the correct dimensions, color calibration, and layout for sublimation printing.
The artwork is printed in reverse onto a special sublimation transfer paper using dye-based inks. These inks are formulated to turn into a gas when heated.
The printed transfer is placed onto a polyster garment (or coated item), and both transfer and garment are placed into the heat press.
Under intense heat and pressure (typically 380-400°F), the solid dye ink transfers into a gas and bonds with the polyster fibers. The result: a permanent, full-color image that becomes part of the fabric itself.
Once removed from the press, the garment is cooled and inspected for color accuracy, alignment, and overall finish before it's packed for delivery.
Every piece is inspected to ensure color and placement is 100% accurate before it is packed and shipped.
